I do not usually read poems in Italian (too difficult for me), but while
searching for soemething else I came acrosos a poem of which I have a
problem with the following two lines:

Ogni giorno sari per me un
nuovo Rimbaud,
correrą per i mari il tuo ritratto.
UNQUOTE

I figure
that "sari" has to be a conjugated verb, but I can't make out which; my
dictionary has neither "sarare" nor "sarere" nor "sarire".

Or I am I on
the wrong track?

E' un errore di ortografia, di battitura.

"Ogni giorno sarà per me
un nuovo Rimbaud,

Sarà/correrà: sono verbi al futuro.

Uh? Avrei detto: "sarai per me", non "sarà per me". A occhio e croce, o
spannometricamente, se preferisci. Rimbaud era una persona e che un giorno
possa essere come una persona mi suona strano.
Chiaro è che trattasi di errore di battitura (typo).

Thank you for the reference to Occam's razor. I googled it and find it most
illuminating. To think that those vainglorious nincompoops of IBM (if IBM
it was) believe they invented the concept with their KISS!

My sentiments exactly! And isn't turning a noun into a verb one of
the hallmarks of English?
