To all of the readers I now would like to apologize for those posts.
I have given considerable thought to these actions and find them to be
in conflict with my intended purpose.
There is no joy to be found in the death of any person. My outrage
against law enforcement as a whole was intended to pressure changes from
within by shaming
them.
Killing and abusive targeting of people by police will continue to be my
area
of concern. This does not mean that I condone any killing, by or against
police,
legal or not.
Again, Let me once again apiologize to all the LEOs and their supporters
for
any pain that I have given to them by my words.
I would also like to thank Ken for forcing me to re-examine my beliefs.
My goal is not to add to tremendous amount of pain already in society,
but
to reduce it. If I deviate from this goal, please feel free to point it
out.
OFR? Is that you?

Somebody wake me up, I'm dreaming!!!!!!!!!!!!
>Ken is absolutely correct. I have in the past made statements that
>were questionable.
"Questionable"? The words that he quotes were a little bit stronger
than "questionable", dontcha think?
So after initially flaming those who pointed out your past
statements, you've now decided to own up to them and apply
a little spin control?

He forgot the "and prosper" part!
DJ
LOL! It's nice though!
DJ
Now, lets not push things, alright! <lol>
DJ
No apology necessary.
I don't recall Ken apologizing for Diallo, the kid in Cincinatti, Rodney King
or anybody else.
He cites Rodney King's latest lawbreaking as an excuse for police
brutality.Yes, Rodney King deserves to be arrested, yes, he is wrong, but Ken
seems to be implying: "King deserved that beating by the LA cops that he got
way back when."
Two wrongs don't make a right.
In some of my posts, I have complimented cops to the point of being
compromising, but Ken has never acknowledged it.
I agreed that the "Kill a Cop" stickers he blasted were in poor taste. Unless
I missed it, I don't recall Ken replying to that at all.
Why should he?
Because he knows that I don't condemn cop-killing, although he'll never admit
it (Oh, boy, Now I've done it .Expect K-k-ken to flood the post with a bunch of
"We- hate- Mumia- and- you- don't-so-you're-going-to-fry-in-Hell posts).
Your outrage against CORRUPT LEOs is understandable. It's just a matter of
keeping that outrage in focus and not losing perspective.
Yours in the Struggle,
Comrade Hovis
(Thank you once again for the nickname above that you suggested, Ken)

Right on, Sarge.
You're the best.

It's alright. He's going in the killfile. I'm just worried about Deb. Keep

Yes, DJ, I did mean "condone".
Surprised you didn't jump on that, Ken!
You're slipping!
CH
It's his age. We will all slip at that age. My hope is that we all won't be
bitter and nasty at DCI's age.
