Intermittent ASP DB Connection Problem (IIS5 expert needed I think)

I get this error about 1-2 times per week from quite a busy web site. It is
running on an win2k server (iis5).

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : c0000005'
Server.CreateObject Failed
D:\WWW\WWW.MMMMM/common.inc, line 12
c0000005

line 12 is:-
Set Connect = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")

I can't reproduce this on my NT4 server or on another win2k server even
using the Stress Tool (not that I need any more stress). I have another
similar web site working on the same server which is much busier which has
no problems. Are there any IIS5 settings that could cause this difference in
behaviour? Any other ideas gratefully received.
