Hi,

This worked for me

rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/radio1/peel_tue.ra

If you want Wednesday replace 'tue' with 'wed' or 'thu' for Thursday.
Hopefully it will work in Real Player, I'm using Winamp.

Good Luck

Oh wow! That's brilliant. I've been struggling with the stupid webpage
implementation for weeks. Now I don't have too, and I can fast forward
after I've been cut off instead of having to play through the whole
thing again. Hooray!

Thanks, TenBells.

If you go to the web-based player and choose "view source" in your
browser you can rummage through it and pick out URLs suitable for
feeding to external players. Try searching for ".rpm".

The problem may be that whereas JP's show is available as audio-on-
demand, MR's show (I presume you mean the Radio 1 show; does he have
something on 6?) isn't, except as a compilation of the "best bits".

Try pasting this to listen to Radio 1 live:
