type root at the login prompt
then enter the password you supplied during the install of 4.2.

Ditto to what the other poster's said, but READ THE FRIENDLY MANUAL! It's

I just installed Redhat, too. And it came up with WWW login. I reinstalled
it... this time without a network card install, typed root and voila,
instant login.
