local windows update server

I am looking for a way to create a local windows update server that
can be accessed manually. I have looked into sus and from what I
understand can only be used with auto-update. I work in a computer
shop that sells and fixes and am always going to windows update to
pach systems and would save alot of time if all of the updates are all
ready downloaded and just need to be installed, but still act like the
actual site. more less I want to mirror windows update localy

any help would be appreciated.

and script the installs yourself using a batch file or a vbscript (use switches
to make them unattended and suppress reboot/reboot prompts).
