I posted a similar query a month or so ago with no response.

UK Windsurf Magazine recently tested the 105 and the 117 both of which they
raved about (classifiying it in the freeride/carve school) and gave them a
strong recommendation.

UK Boards magazine also tested the 117 last month and rated it highly
(although not quite so glowing as Windsurf)

Anyway I bought the 105 and so far I'm very pleased. I've used it with a 7.0
Retro and a 6.3 NP Expression. Seems very quick and controllable and gybes
very nicely. Not to sure about jumping yet (seems to have less 'pop' and
feels heavier than the JP I had previously - but that was a smaller board
anyway). I have yet to try it our in waves or with decent ramps.

Would be nice to see some other peoples opionions......

In UK Windsurf mag scoreed early planing9/10, tehn top end speed, ease of
use and manouverability all 10/10.. said it was quick, lively, responsive
and fast, coped well with chop
