Ahh.. Memories. :-) Do you know if a PC version of this game was ever
released?

No. But the original designer, Bob Dinnerman, did Jet Fighter and Jet FighterII
for the PC. JF II is widely available and could probably be found at almost
any software retailer (it seems to be kind of expensive for one that has been
out for awhile).

I need to discuss BUY-BACK PROVISIONS with at least
six studio SLEAZEBALLS!!
Yes. And, as things tend to go in this world, it had 256 colors, was ultra-
fast, had hundreds of missions, and three different planes. They changed the
title to Jetfighter, I think? (*YES* this was the same game, or perhaps a
follow up!).
A thought: someone should port this one to the amiga. Interceptor *still*
stands out as one of the best games of its kind, so this one should do just
fine!

Jetfighter II had VGA gfx... AFAIK, Jetfighter was an EGA game (correct
me if I'm wrong).

Interceptor has really incredible engine/wind sounds...
The afterburner shook the room when the Amiga was connected to Hi-fi :-)

To the best of my knowledge, JetFighter is the PC version of Interceptor
It is very similar, but has a couple of different aircraft, and slightly
different features and missions. My friend had it on his PC at the time
when I was an Interceptor freak!

Will have to hunt this down. Thanks. :-)

What was it like playability wise? Was it as easy to play and as enjoyable as
interceptor?
