Aggrivated damages: Awarded by a court where the circumstances of the tortious
conduct has been particularly humiliating or malicious towards the victim. (ME)
Now, you may see that Dennis is the victim here but that's how his weak little
pathetic mind works. This is what he wants you to see but he left out some VERY
important facts. The main fact being, he provoked me into saying unkind things
to him. He should have just left me alone when I demanded it. Now, I'm on the
legal war path. If I decide to take my own life as a result of all this stress
being wrongly laid on me, Dennis will be implicated in my murder. Granderson
will be an accomplise. If I go crazy and do something wrong, it will be ALL
Dennis's responsibility and Granderson's too for provoking me. Dennis will be
taken care of;) I will make damn sure he pays legally for his crimes.

slanderous website and spreading lies to other people about me. This will NOT
go unpunished. Whatever I do or whatever happens to me is going to be on HIS
and Granderson's head. Nobody else's. I have emotional and anger problems which
causes me to make bad decisions. If Dennis had just left me alone, NONE of this
would be going on now. All Dennis is doing is adding more fuel to the fire.
Other people have claimed I'm the one doing that but it's not true. If Dennis
had just backed off when I told him to, everything would be fine. If he
continues this vendetta driven war against me, I'm not going to be responsible
for what happens next. I warned him. He didn't listen. I don't plan on breaking
the law but I'm not going to just sit idle either. Whatever legal steps I need
to take, I will do. If I go crazy and do something stupid, Dennis and his
co-conspirators are to blame because they provoked me. Dennis is feeding off
my problems and not allowing me to get a fresh start. He will pay legally for
this!

Do you mean that if Dennis hadn't 'provoked; you, you wouldn't have posted
the obscene material from your popsite account?
If, so are you suggesting the obscene posts are Dennis's fault ... i.e. he
is responsible for your actions?
If that is the case, then surely the subject line should read 'Dennis is in

That's right! Any judge can see the flawless logic being applied here.
BTW, Hari recently suggested that your mentor would be suddenly strangely
absent ... he doesn't seem to have posted for a while ... is he still around
much these days? I wonder if he's already been picked up by the cops, if
he's had his internet access curtailed, or if he's just skipped, to leave
you as the patsy to carry the can for this whole abuse/stalking scenario?
Perhaps it's time to do the decent thing ... GIVE IT UP!

Dennis had just left me alone, I wouldn't be on the war path like
this. HE declared war against ME. NOT the other way around. I had
absoultely NOTHING to do with him until he falsely accused me of
attacking his groups. Now, I am forced to defend myself against this
internet monster. When I said everything would be fine if he had just
backed off, I meant that I wouldn't be focusing on suicide so much and
I wouldn't be forced to persue legal measures against him. I
definitely wouldn't have had to close down my AOL account either. In a
way, it was for the best though because now I can start all over again
fresh:) Even though Dennis has provoked me into saying unkind things
to him, I did NOT post those things on his groups. I think he did it
himself just to frame me. I spent a few hours on the phone with AOL
and I was told that it's easy for someone to post something and make
it look like it came from another person. It's all in how they do it.
I was told all this by a Tech Representative who knew better. AOL is
now doing everything in their power to protect me. They are also
looking into the various complaints made against Dennis for his abuse.
FYI, my friend hasn't posted here in a little while because he's a
VERY busy man. Unlike Dennis, "Mr. Handsome" had a decent job and not
a whole lot of time on his hands. He has written to me recently so I
know he still cares:) He said that Dennis is wrong and I am right.
That's all that matters. Dennis will NOT be allowed to harass me for
too much longer. I'm already taking extra special measures to ensure
my security and rights are protected.
