Salutations all, I have again returned. LOL Cant spell tonight. Well I need
your opinion on one small subject.

If you had the chance to change the way you looked in every way, would you do
it?
to make others see you the way you want them to and to make people look at
you as some type of god? Or to have them actually like you for the way you
look?

Or would you rather be liked for what is on the inside and what you feel? And
to be seen as a person a normal person, and not an ogar? Would you use majick
to acomplish what you want to look like?

The more you use magicke to heal, and bring joy and hope to those less
fortunate, the more beautiful you will appear to everyone. This is a
life-long process, with no instant results.

Using magicke for vanity or to assuage an insecure ego will eventually
backfire, and leave you a lesser person for it. Better to seek the
company of others who are not so superficial, and who will love and
support you for who you are, not how you look. And until you find such
company, best to stand alone, than take up unsavory souls for your
friends.

Nope.. I am a standing wave form. If I hack and stitch parts of me to
unnatural edges I am going to have problems as my mind and surface of my
body are incongruent.. That is why Michael Jackson's face started
falling apart.. It may be alright if you are sagging off your bones but
if you have proper natural tone any alteration of your musculature will
cause crimping, constriction or other problems in areas opposed to the
new tensions or attempt to unbind and cause sores in the area of the
alteration itself...

> to make others see you the way you want them to and to make people look at
> you as some type of god?

Or a Frankenstein creation of stitching, additions, removals and
artificial substances.

> Or to have them actually like you for the way you

I am Mr. Natural.. I prefer to be as I am.. If they like me for how I
look then cool. If they like me for how I am then even better:)

>
> Or would you rather be liked for what is on the inside and what you feel?

To an experienced eye the outside shows the inside.. I often see
"beautiful" women but know that the inside is messed up and the trouble
of sorting through that with them is not worth the effort nor pain involved..

> And
> to be seen as a person a normal person, and not an ogar? Would you use majick
> to acomplish what you want to look like?

Now..That is a loaded question because I find that many are attracted to
me because of my magickality, so the questions begs whether I used my
magick to change my appearance or whether they saw me differently
because of the undercurrents of my being..

Plastic surgery sux BTW..

Actually, if there was anything about my physical appearance that I'd
change, it'd be my fat content. I'd take it down a lot from where I am now.
80lbs of fat removed, if I could do it magickally, I would, but hehe the
best way to keep it off is hard work and eating right.

Perhaps someone who is frightened of facing themselves, or unable to face
and accept their identity would feel such a need. Me? I wouldn't change a
single thing.
I'm entirely comfortable with who I am and how I feel, and how others see me
doesn't matter so long as I'm true to myself.

Are you jealous that I can admit I have problems, Turdie? You're so
terrified of having a problem, when someone else admits they've got them,
you have to comment degradingly on them. Admit that you're so ugly you're
scary, Turdie. I do. Though some would say its not true, I personally think
I'm not all that pretty. Oh well. You think you must be an asshole on the
top rung of a sideways ladder. *shrug* Your loss.

I've never been concerned about any of the things you mentioned and would do
nothing. People can either accept me as is or not. I don't care either
way. I'll always be me.

You cant even use real words to bitch back at me. I have looked those words
up in the dictionary, they dont exist. Mind telling me what the fuck you
mean when you spout off, oh wait, I already know. You're too stupid to use
real words, so you have to make shit up so you sound intelligent.

A very interesting question, Chris. I like interesting questions :)

To a certain extent, I've already accomplished what you ask through a
combination of enforced will, perserverance, and magick.

All my life my external appearance never really matched *me*. As a little
girl I was called "quiet" and "shy". I'm not. In school I was the "good girl
who would never do anything wrong" but that only meant I was never caught. I
didn't cry at funerals so I was seen as detached and cold. My eyes didn't
reflect my emotions and everything about me was...well...vanilla. My hair
was a shade between colors. Not quite red, not quite brown. My eyes were the
same way. Depending on the time of day and what I was wearing, they were
everything from grey, to blue, to green... When I went for my first drivers
license, they had to ask me what color they were. I answered "Clear." It got
a laugh but they put down "blue" because I was wearing a blue sweater. To
top it all off... I had a face that was immediately lost in a crowd... And
yet, as plain and ordinary as I was outside, *Inside* I was this totally
different person. I felt like a fraud. So I changed myself.

Not for vanity reasons. Not to impress someone else...but to more accurately
reflect the person I knew I was. Now what people see is me. Whether or not
it is an improvement (visually or otherwise)...at least it's more honest.

Thank you for the compliment, but I don't understand the
"Prejudice"...Why-ever for?

They are most always blue, even when I'm wearing a green blouse...unless of
course I'm angry -- but that is a whole 'nother cup of coffee.

With all the people saying "oh it's wrong" or "it's vain" to change your
appearance, I had to say something different. Play devil's advocate. Not
everyone does a thing for the same reason as everyone else. I suppose I'm a
"case in point."

She has done the same to several of my decent conversations. Not that I
even owe you an explanation. You have never done that to a thread..right bozo?

I have been wondering how a lot of the childish flames in ARW get
touched off....it looks like the answer has reared its ugly head.

I would change some things about my physical appearance, if I
could...such as curing my baldness. However, I have come to understand
that our bodies manifest in whatever way is most appropriate for what
our soul deems we need to learn. Once all karmic lessons are learned,
we then change into physical perfection.

Therefore, I have come to be satisfied with my physical self as it
presently manifests...though I know how much better I will look, once
my spiritual lessons have all be fulfilled. Damned carrot on damned
stick!

I wouldn't begrudge anyone for making some physical improvements on
their appearance...even by effective use of spells or incantations.
However, it is neither healthy nor wise to become addicted to such
abilities, should one acquire them. Better to channel them towards
healing far more serious wounds suffered by others in great need of
one's magic as expressed from compassion.

Well, of course we all would change a small appearance related thing. We all
have a blob of fat, a mole, or a lack of hair or perhaps an unwanted largess
of hair in the wrong place that we'd like to lose. Would it maje one a
different person, for better or worse? eh, who knows? >;]

It appears you have the wrong impression of what exactly it was that I've
accomplished.

No quick fix. No power trip. The metamorphasis that I described took several
years of hard work and a lot of very necessary personal healing.

If the physician doesn't stay healthy...how can she be expected to help
others?
Just a thought...
