How push outlook contact data into a excel worksheet?

I'm trying to push from a custum contact form the contact data (Name
Adress etc.) to several cells in an excel worksheet i've taken a look
to the examples from hellen fedama on ulster.net but they only show
how to push a complete contact folder the an excell sheet. I want to
push the current contact data to an excel sheet. I've got this working
with word documents, but now i need it for excel also.....

I have some sample code for my book that might be useful. There's a project
that puts an Outlook 2000 distribution list into a spreadsheet. You can

If you're still stuck after that, you might want to post the code you have
so far.

Well your sample code provided me the information i needed, because
i'm not very familiar with vbscript, and i do not like the visual
basis language/ script language at all.... (i'm more a delpi fan :-) )
i didn't see how to insert the contact data into the excel sheet but
your code showed how to do that
