When I try to run lddr2i after installing lddr3, Land development will not
initialize. I get the following messages?

Reinstall the express tools, making sure to log in as administrator. The
problem seems to be caused by either improper permission to run the program,
or the user that installed the Express Tools was not the same as the user
that installed LDD.

Also, try posting to the Express Tools News Group, you are more apt to get a
better fix. http://discussion.autodesk.com/autodesk.expresstools

Thanks for your response. It was simply a pathing problem. The least of my
problems right now.
