I have a database of members, small only about 2000. I need a way to send a
mass email to them all. However my IP only allows 50 emails at a time and
consideres any more spamming. So what happens when I try to send, it backs
up in my out box and then eventually they all start getting returned. I
have talked to our IP and they don't have any way to change our account to
allow more than 50 at a time.
I have used different bulk emailers but would much rather use outlook if it
is at all possible. Is there something I can download that would "fool" my
server? Or an add-on to buy for outlook that would allow for bulk emails?
Thank you in advance!!!!!

Couple of options:
1. Migrate everybody to a service along the lines of Yahoo! groups
2. Set up your own SMTP server and push the emails out yourself. This is
probably the easiest way to do it.
BTW - on the internet there is a big difference between IP and ISP... I had
to do a double take when I read that your IP wouldn't allow you to send more
than 50 emails and that you were talking to your IP ;)
On another note, if your ISP is that unwilling to help then perhaps a change
is in order.
