DOM Inspector enabled in mozilla nightly builds

As of tonight, the DOM Inspector tool will be built by default on all
three major platforms and included in the nightly builds (Mozilla only).

For those of you who have never had a chance to use DOM Inspector, you
can start it by selecting Tasks > Tools > DOM Inspector from the
menubar. There is also a DOM Inspector sidebar that you can install by
going to Preferences > Advanced > DOM Inspector.

As of this moment, there is no formal documentation on how to use this
tool, but I am working on it. More information can be found at:

Any particular reason why the DOM inspector specifies a toolbar colour?
