Solution to UCR-61S2B reader + non ECS mobo

I've checked Google and noticed many people had trouble using this
internat 6-in-1 reader on motherboatd not made by ECS. I got one a while
ago and couldn't get it to work until today.

I don't remember where I originally downloaded this as I've downloaded
many versions of the driver but I did find one that bypasses the
motherboard lockout. The reader now sits in where the 3.5" disk drive
used to be on my HP computer and reads Sony MS, SD, CF, and SM all at
the same time without trouble. I've uploaded the file to my space:

I don't know if other Windows version will get different icon but with
Win XP, you get 4 identical icon that resembles the whole front of the 4
slots reader.
