VATICAN PAPER DENOUNCES ISRAELI VIOLENCE

VATICAN, Mar 11, 02 (CWNews.com) -- Marking March 9 as
"the bloodiest day in the 17 months of the intifada in
the Holy Land," L'Osservatore Romano has denounced
Israeli government policies toward the Palestinian
people.
The Israeli policy, the Vatican newspaper argued, "if
at first it seemed designed to humiliate a people, now
appears designed to destroy them." L'Osservatore Romano
added that "the desire for dialogue expressed by
Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon is in sharp
contrast to the actions of his own government."
On Saturday, March 9, the Vatican paper observed, 44
Palestinian people were killed. The report added:
"Students, doctors, children were victims of a violence
that did not spare civilians."

As for Zionism, there are indeed different factions, and some of them are
rather to far out there. But it wasnt so in the beginning. But they are no
different than any other group, there are extremes in all of them.
And yes, the world indeed does get 'worn out' on this as in the end they all
come against Israel and the chosen people of Yahweh. This will include all

This claim by David Goldman that Israel has wiped out the
"palestinians?" "like the US did to the Indians in the 19th century"
when the "palestinian?" population always has and continues to
increase, leads to one of the following two conclusions:
1) Israelis are the most incompetent "wiper outers" in the history of
the world.

In reviewing the matter of partiality or not one has to compare the
relationship between the Vatican and the Jews and the Vatican and Islam. No
matter how you look at that one, its relations with Islam have been several
orders of magnitude worse than with Jews.
Given real history, one would reasonably suspect the Vatican is
holding back on favoring the Palestinians due to previous attempts to
destroy it utterly.
