TDK 40/12/48B incorrectly listed as 40/12/40B

Just an FYI, the firmware in the TDK 40/12/48B drive incorrectly reports to
Windows that it's a 40/12/40B. Consequently some CD-R software will not
find a valid drive if they are looking for a 40/12/48. TDK support tells me
it's a known problem that will be corrected in new firmware.
