If anyone has this font, or can tell me what it is so I can try to find it,

It might be Gadzoox But I'm not sure.

It's the Latino Elongated (David Quay 1988).

The last time I've seen this one was years ago as a rub-transfer (dunno
the right english term) type, made by Esselte Letraset.
I hope they distribute it as a digital font now.

Two fonts that are more or less similar (thin and sharp serifs) are
Birch (part of Woodtypes) and Venice.
