Using flatscreen iMac monitor with other computers?

I've got a KVM switch that I use with a number of boxes and recently
purchased a flatscreen iMac. Great screen, and I was wondering if
anyone had seen someone take this thing and solder on a VGA connection
or something similar. If I could share the LCD with the others, I'd
be awfully happy (though I'd wait until the warranty was nearly up
before hacking, I believe).

Anyway, I've seen a pretty good Japanese site for what the insides of
an iMac look like (seem to be about four big wires going to the
flatscreen) but didn't know what it'd take to get that LCD working
with other PCs.
