memory leak i think???

hello,
I have a problem on two of my RRAS servers where the
Vxsvc.exe (i think this is associated with VPN) in that
that process is causing a memory leak and eats up all of
my computer's virtual memory after awhile. Can anyone let
me know if A)this is related to VPN, and B)is there a fix
to this.

actually this exe is related to my Dell Open Array
Manager. But why after installing VPN would this process
get bombarded with memory usage??>.
