Nothing. She choose a path that intersected with Richard. As he
passed her, he boinked her a couple times on the shoulder. Nothing
that doesn't happen every time a girl goes into a dance club.

Sue is going for Lawsuit Gold.

I have the episode on my Tivo still, I just watched that part again.

Sue and Kathy are on the planks, Hatch is coming one platform away. Kathy
offers for Sue to go in front of her, away from Richard. Sue says no, I want
to go this way, I will wait for Richard to pass me. So Sue and Kathy are
together on one platform, Richard is coming towards them. He meets Sue face
to face, Kathy has her back to them. The plank is skinny, so he puts his
hands on Sues shoulders and says "Come on baby I know you want some." and
MIGHT have rubbed his nether regions against her hips. Sue says "That's
gross", and moves on. Sue could have backed up one step, and Richard could
have walked right past her. But she chose to block the plank to the platform
and he had to squeeze past her.

I think she is faking it.

How about screen caps from the SurvivorSucks board?

http://tinyurl.com/3268f

After looking at these, I don't see how anybody can claim Sue didn't
_expect and plan_ to come into contact with Rich.

At first I thought she was only looking to make him fall (and maybe
that's all she originally planned) but now I'm leaning towards the idea
that she saw an opportunity to sue Rich, MB and CBS since she likely
knew she wasn't going to win this season either.

"I want this one" was what she said. Referring to the beam, or
referring to rich? Then she yells at rich: "Come on, baby!"

I don't have the original episode on my Tivo, but I watched the "last
week on survivor" recap a couple times, and it actually looks like
richard tried to get past Sue, who was blocking him, and he was
holding his hands UP so as to *not* grab on to her. She actually
reached around and grabbed Rich's ass briefly.

Especially since at the time it was quite obviously no big deal to her other
than an annoyance, and she brushed it off like it was no big deal. She
didn't appear distrubed about it until much later. (I admit the editing may
have had some influence.)

Then as time went on, she seemed to think about it more and more,
over-analyzing the incident and getting deeper and deeper into a funk.

Guess she's not as tough as she makes herself out to be. Or else she's
faking it. Anyway, the whole scene seemed very fishy to me.

Undoubtedly.

Incidentally I kind of gasped when I saw your posting - "boinking" in
these parts is one of the terms used for sexual intercourse.

I'm virtually certain that's not quite what you mean...

Not that I want to see her voted off, but I'm going to be fascinated
to hear from Kathy about this whole episode since she was the third
person closest to the confrontation between Sue and Rich. No doubt she
will be able to tell us a lot more than we've heard so far.
