I didn't think I had either, but my Opera6.INI, OperaDef6.INI and
Profiles\OperaDef6.INI all say:
[Adv User Prefs]
Http Accept Language=en
However, my profile\Opera6.INI says:
[Adv User Prefs]
HTTP Accept Language=en;q=1.0

Hey yes! just tested with:
[Adv User Prefs]
HTTP Accept Language=es,en
I guess they got tired of proxynomitron. I changed the string Opera for
0pera (there is a zero number there!) well not using proxy but editing the
exe file, and it loaded hotmail perfectly.
Now it was msn.com.
I guess what's next.
