There seems to be a bug in SP3 (DHCPSNAP.DLL) and Superscopes. With a
client Win2kSP3 and DHCP Manager (from Admin tools), you cannot see the
Reservations on the bottom half of a superscope. For example our
198.118.113.x net was full so we superscoped to 198.118.119.x. You can see
the reservations in the 119 net but not the 113 net. If you add a
reservation to the 113 net, you can see it until you close DHCP Manager.
Replacing DHCPSNAP.DLL from a SP2 computer fixes the problem.

Our server has not yet been upgraded to SP3 (SP2 with all the Critical
hotfixes). Reservations on our other non-
superscoped nets still work fine.
