Yesterday I installed the latest MS Office updates for 2000 and XP;
since then, about once or twice a day, for no apparent reason (usually
when I just have Outlook minimized on the desktop), it pops up and
says that Outlook was shut down ... sorry ... do you want to send a
report to Microsoft (I say "yes"); then the TODAY page pops up
(Outlook does not actually shut down), but all the other windows I had
open in Outlook (e.g. SENT, INBOX, TASKS, etc.) were shut down.

What is causing this? Probably something with the new UPDATES I
installed. Microsoft Outlook 2002 SP-2

Oh HELL NO!

I'm getting the same problem after putting that damned SP2
on. MS needs to put out a patch soon, this is really
killing a lot of people! Serves me right for trusting a
service pack!
