Deep throat-"ing" is a technique in which, during a blow-job, the full
penis is inserted in the mouth. Because it often happens that a penis is
too long for a mouth, the head of the penis will be inserted directly
inside the throat of the giver. This needs exercise, of course, to avoid
the gagging reflex when something comes in contact with the back of the
mouth. To exercise, you can try to insert your finger inside your mouth
as deep as possible, like when you were teenager and wanted to vomit too

I've had all of one partner who thought 'deep throating' was anything
particularly special, beyond the novelty of it.

Deep throating is something all straight men think is a miracle
and and all gay men consider so routine that it's remarkable, in a sad
sort of way, to meet a man who can't do it. It's an easily learned
skill; all you have to do is put a cock back where the gag reflex is
about to hit, and then carefully, meditatively slide past the reflex
while convincing yourself that you're in complete control and you don't

I went to one of the sites mentioned and read how you can go past the
gag reflex into the smaller hole in the esophagus, down past the bend,
into the other person's throat, and that is what feels so good. I never
knew anyone could learn to do this; I certainly haven't gone that far
