my wife was about to send me to the store this morning and handed me a 10
dollar bill for the purchase, i looked at her and told her i think we got a
funny bill, it turns out its a 1935a 10 dollar federal reserve note, its in
really good condition really crisp as if new and is really sharp in appearence
she told me that a friend of ours had asked if she had change for a ten and jus
so happens this is what she got ... ..it jus struck me as strange with the
saying "will pay the bearer on demand"..is this something i should hold on to?
is worth more than face value? where can i get more info on this bill?

My copy of the 1997 "Blackbook" does not list a 1935 series $10 note.
Recommend you post this to rec.collecting.paper-money.

According to the same "Blackbook", in the condition you describe, it could
catalog at about $20.00 or more depending upon signature/bank & city. You
would probably generate more interest though if you posted to
rec.collecting.paper-money. Hope this helps.

I assume you mean 1934A

This bill could be worth 35 bucks or more, according to NN Coin
Market. I'd save it.
