Certainly I should have said that the hangman and the state
cannot LEGALLY murder. It does not exist as a legal possibility.
Functioning outside of legal parameters IS murder. The holocaust
functioned outside of legal parameters and was murder. Or are
you prepared to argue that the holocaust was a LEGAL state
action, and those who committed those murders did so LEGALLY?
The fact is the holocaust had nothing to do with the legal function of
a hangman in the legal state application of those convicted of crimes.
The holocaust was a perversion of nature. Murder WITHOUT
trial, due process or legal recourse of any kind. Obviously not
the DP. And it was European. We in the U.S., have a thing called
trial, sentence and due process.
But that brings up the question as to what you would believe should
be done to those who committed those illegal murders? Those who
dropped the capsules that you wished you could have been around to
assist. Do YOU believe those murderers SHOULD have been
executed for their crimes? Is there a POINT at which you support
the DP? Even for mass murderers? I thought not....

I think you will find, FW, that it is you (and not I) who said "the
State CANNOT murder... by definition". Indeed you go further and state
that `the hangman` as "an instrument of the State", and thus above the
law and in no way culpable.
