I always encounter either of the following error messages
after I disconnect from the Internet session:

"Tapisrv has caused an error in RPCRT4.DLL
Tapisrv will now close
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting
your computer"

"Rnaapp has caused an error in RPCRT4.DLL
Rnaapp will now close
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting
your computer"

My ISP has indicated that it is a problem with
the 'Internet Explorer Browser' which I am using. I am
using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 running on Windows
ME.

Would really appreciate if someone could advise me how I
can stop these messages.

In IE go to File | Work offline. Then open OE and under View | Layout
disable the preview pane. Then try moving all your messages from your inbox
to another folder. Then close OE and delete inbox.dbx or move it somewhere
else. Then reopen OE and it will make a new inbox and then try going online
and see if it works okay.

Also, see this article:

You can recover messages from a moved Inbox.dbx with this:
DBXtract (free): http://www.oehelp.com/DBXtract/

If you have problems post back.
