Email not getiing delievered

I am running Bugzilla 2.16.3 with apache & postfix
I am not getting any emails when someone creates new account,Creates new
Query.
Update query etc.I did sanity check and everything looks fine.

But when I apply for " Forgotten password" I do recieve emails

Also when I check /var/spool/mail. The mails are actually sitting there.

<unknown>: No recipients specified

Final-Reciepient:rfc822; unknown
Action Failed
Status:5.0.0
Diagnostics-Code: X-Postfix;No recipients specified "

Can u folks please provide me a pointer to this issue

There have been problems in the past where a webbrowser would place
newlines instead of linefeeds into the params, including the
newchangedmail param. It was suposedly fixed in 2.16, but you may want
to open your data/params file and see if it as newlines (^M) in it.

I'm not sure why I didn't mention it the first time, but if you use
postfix you need to have the "sendmailnow" paramater on (in editparams.cgi).
