Winsend 0.5 Release
The winsend package implements the Tk 'send' command using the Windows
COM API and objects. See http://wiki.tcl.tk/winsend for more
information and links to the source and objects.
This release now handles passing error information back to the calling
interpreter - something that was forgotten previously.
