My wife and I have a site at http://www.eggless.com which currently
contains recipes for cakes and cookies without eggs. 2/3rds of the recipes
are lacto-vegatarian and the remainder are vegan.
The recipes have been tested and used by thousands of people. We have been
on the web since 1996. We are working on recipes for pies and cheesecakes
now, without eggs and without gelatine. There is also a links page with
further information on egg-free baking.
