yeah so. that was really unexpected -- dave was the main guest on jimmy
kimmel live tonight! okay, so he's still there right now {g} but his
interview is over..

he was a "fill in" guest, but gee, that's okay. it just meant he wore his
"slob" clothes instead of a suit. :) jeans with a hole in the knee. aw.

they talked about stuff we know (coffee consumption, "have you talked to
your doctor about this?" "if i had any blood pressure they would be
concerned.. my heart barely beats")

..and stuff i hadn't heard. dave is working on a show for comedy central
(!) working with a comedy troupe from england called hollow men.. not sure
really what he's doing, probably producy/directory type of stuff. neat,
anyway. woo!

umm.. oh yes, he talked about how he was in grind, the ashton/tara movie and
ham and cheese, but he really doesn't remember much about any of those
movies. (and how ham and cheese will probably never be out because he's in
it. {g} aw..)

huh. i think that's it. oh nope, wait a minute. also, how everyone
thinks he's gay and his "wife is a 6'2" man named steve".. {g} he closed
his interview with "she has a beautiful clitoris. it's 7 inches long."

anaaaaaaand that's it?! :)

Yeah I was flipping around and I happened to catch it. I didn't get to see it
all because we were also watching Robert Duvall on Conan :( .

Daw!

Heh. I just said that outloud, and someone here at work said, "What's
wrong?" and I said, "I missed Dave Foley on Jimmy Kimmel Live last
night," and he asked, completely out of the blue, "Do you think he
looks better with the goatee or without it?"

Sometimes I just love the people I work with. <g>

Cute!

That's funny. Yesterday, at the dentist, Meg took my blood pressure
and it was really low.

They took it at the end again to see if anything had changed -- if
maybe the visit to the dentist had worked me up at all -- but nope.
Nothin'. I'd just taken my meds and hadn't had any coffee yet.

Does this mean that we're in the same physical shape? 'Cause that's
kind of... scary. <g>

Indeed! That's fantastic news. I hope I get to see it.

How convenient. <g>

Oh my god, the image. The image. Crissy's so damn petite, too. That's
a third leg. That's Milton Berle-esque (har har) proportions for her.
Jesus Christ, that's disturbing. Good ol' Dave, never one for
adulterated humour. <g>

Thank you so much for the run down, sarah! Even though I missed it, I
feel like I got to see the highlights. :)

out this side of the duck pond :)

Fantastic !!
Thanks for that Sarah ....my usually diligent Kith-Kontact missed this
one, but like you say he was a fill in...not listed.

I forgot to mention this in the other post-- their name sounds
familiar, but I have no idea why. I'd like to learn more about them,
based on the link sarah placed on the KITH blog. Sounds like smart
comedy. I'm going to assume the troupe name is a reference to T.S.
Eliot's poem of the same name? If so, I like 'em already. Maybe it
says something about their style....

Anyone in the U.K. have any insight about their work? (Yes, I'm
looking at you, Liz. <g>)

Well he's just gonna have to read it now, isn't he? <g> It's a
favourite-- one of the few poems I've read and instantly felt an
attachment to it.

The man is just too cute. Love him.
