I was gonna save this for a rainy day, but traffic is light enough here
that what the heck.

Clever hack at the Japanese restaurant Benihana (where the table is a big
grill that the chef cooks on right in front of you.) When it came time to
put leftovers in those foil pietrays with plastic lids, the server guy had
a clever thing to help fold the foil over the edge of the lid all around:
you know how the disposable chopsticks tend to come connected at the base
in that kind of place? It was a pair of those, still connected, but each
stick broken to about 1/3 to 1/2 of its original length. The resulting
prongish thing was very effecient to zip around the circumfrence of the
tray, a lot better than the fold...fold....fold...fold method I use when
resealing my left overs.
