Printed circuit board pattern transfer with a brand new laser printer. Printer should cost under $300 U.S.

Hello group,
Can you recommend a inexpensive brand new, laser printer for under $300?
I want to use the laser printer to successfully print onto the "Press n'
Peel, blue" thermal transfer paper to produce printed circuit boards. The
Samsung, laser printers look inexpensive enough, but will this brand work
successfully with the "Press n' Peel" paper? Is the printer path curved or
straight for the Samsungs? What dark printing options do the Samsung
printers have? Also what inexpensive or free PCB software are currently
available?
Please, I desparately want to get started designing PCBs with software
and printing out the patterns onto the "Press n' Print" thermal transfer
paper. Thank you for all your help on this.

Use an inkjet on to inkjet tranparecy sheet , print on to pre coted
photoresit boards using blacklight fluro tubes. Its repeatble and cheaper
than press and peel.Second the cote for Eagle.
