Apparently, they're only 43 and 46 years old. I thought they were in
their late 50's early 60's based on what they look like and how messed
up they are physically. They're both in terrible shape. I can't figure
our why they didn't at least try to get fit before the race. Can't see
them lasting too much longer. No great loss.

The only thing I've noticed was the bad knee on one of them, that seemed
to be a result of going down that hill, perhaps too carelessly.

That could happen to anyone. Which installment had the twins where
one of them had a car door closed on his leg or foot, or maybe it
was a taxi that ran over his foot? He was young, and the damage impacted
terribly on their game.

I couldn't believe they were that young so I went to the AR site, and
sure enough that's what it says. I guess it must be true when they
say that air traffic control is one of the most stressful jobs.

Even before the knee injury, it seemed these guys were always taking their
time when everyone else was rushing. I agree they will probably not last
that many episodes. I am guessing the NFL wives will go next, followed by
the ATC guys.

I would have thought they were somewhat older, too. However, age-wise
they look much the same as Steve (47) in the father\son team. As far
as getting fit before the race is concerned, does anyone know the
amount of lead time between acceptance and when the race begins?

Those two are pathetic. My wife and I are nine years older than the
oldest of them, and we could run rings around the pair.

Our jaws dropped when we learned that the youngest ATC team member is
twelve years our junior. From their looks and performance, we
figured they had to be *at least* our age.

According to the spoilers, the ATC guys might have been spotted in
Malaysia at the airport which is probably the country after India.
They'll be in India in episode 5.

Don't tease me. Are they really going back to Malaysia?

And will they actually do something there, or just use the airport
again? There's a wonderful Hindu temple on the edge of KL, inside some
caves 1000 steps up. I'd love to seen them try running up that :)

(they also had carvings inside of other temples, including one that
showed a train. You have to like a religion that actually updates
itself)

For real, but it's East Malaysia this time round in the capital city
of Kota Kinabalu. They're probably going to the tallest peak in South
East Asia.

I was at the airport when AR passed by. SPOILER

The Virgins, Father and Son and one of the all guys team were there.
I'm pretty sure ATC did not make it. At least the NFL wives didn't
make it, I can't stand them!
