I lost mine too but sent an email to codemasters on friday and
recieved a new key the following tuesday! Just to be safe i sent a
few pics of me posing with my cd cases and cd's :-)

They also sent the following messages though!

---

Getting new or replacement codes is likely to become more difficult
soon. Because of the number of replacement codes we are being asked
for, we are now considering only providing codes in exchange for a
nominal fee and by sending out a new manual upon receipt of this fee.
Naturally, this will add extra time as well as cost to the process.

Our main office in the UK is already doing it this way. So, make sure
that once you have the proper code, that you record in somewhere it
will not be lost. Perhaps on the CD case or with a Sharpie felt marker
on the label side of the CD itself.

---

So right it down on the case and the wall or whatever it takes so you
dont lose it again!!!

Good policy IMHO.. The game is old enough, and has been a suc6 for those
companies. It looks like they are one of the few who take gamers seriously
after a few years :-) But IMHO that has always been the case.. Their forum
is frequented by programmers, follow-up is quick, even when you have
'strange' questions.. When I needed support for OFP Buddy, they responded
within a week!

Support the dam game, please. Anyone can fake or lie to get something for
nothing.
That's why they are doing the fee thing.
I work for a online game. So support the game industry and put food on my
table for my family. Don't rip things off.

Have a nice day/game :)

KF45a, if you knew anything about G's background you wouldn't say such
