why does that mean they have to shout their name over the actual vocals of

Thats one of the reasons why shouty DJ's get the exclusives - no one can
just bootleg the shit out of it if it;s got some DJ going nutso all over it

so you would think. here in the bay they play the hail mary remake,
you can _clearly_ hear kay slay yelling over the entire goddamn song,
and wild 94.9 still slaps their own punch-ins over the song.
