updating mozilla help files soon...?

It looks like we are due for another drop of the helpdocs into the
mozilla tree. I am thinking of the HTTP Networking, Tabbed browsing
docs, and some other stuff.

There have been some fixes on the mozilla side that weren't appropriate
for the ns side at the time, and so I will make sure I find these and
preserve them, but it looks like there is a lot more new ns content that
hasn't yet seen the mozilla help viewer.

I will be updating and doing light pre-cleansing shortly. Maybe
tomorrow. Hope this is still a good idea. I welcome suggestions about
how to make this process go better.
