I am looking for a new PDA in the UK.
There seem to be a whole rash of new PDA s in the around 200 pound
bracket.

I am really looking for a PocketPC model (sorry palm guys !!) with at
least 200mhz processor, preferably a compact flash adaptor and
preferably 32meg useable RAM.

The new choices seem to be :

Dell Axim X5 (basic model 300mhz)
Toshiba E330 (200mhz)
Packard Bell (basic model 200mhz)
Ipaq (cheap one 200mhz)

As the Dell also has two expansion slots and not all the others have
compact flash the Dell seems to be a clear winner.... I may even
scrape together (and I means scrape) the extra for a 400mhz unit.

Have I got this right ?
Any options I've missed out ?
Anyone any thoughts ?

I've also come across various options for insuring PDAs against
accidental breakage - anyone any experience of this ? Firms to avoid
or ones that have been helpful ?

Browsing around I found this as well :
The ViewSonic V37 is also expected to be released with Pocket PC 2003.
Reportedly, Fujitsu-Siemens is going to release two new models in its
Pocket Loox line, one of which will have built-in Wi-Fi wireless
networking while the second will have GPRS capabilities.

Which I think is another PDA around the two hundred pound mark (UK !!)
