The event is designed for eveyone interested in eclipse, from plugin

We'll start the day with presentations from the eclipse development team

you'll learn about the eclipse project and its features. For
experienced plugin writers, we'll start a code camp that will continue
on through Friday May 23rd,.

In the first part of the day you'll learn about eclipse and how open
source development impacts the way software is developed from one of the
leaders of the eclipse project. Then, we'll show you how the eclipse
plug-in architecture enables you to get involved.

Later in the afternoon we'll continue in two tracks. For those new to
eclipse, you'll be taken on a tour of the eclipse architecture, Java
development tools and the eclipse project. For experienced plugin
writers, we'll start a code camp that will continue on through Friday
May 23rd. You'll have the opportunity to interact with members of the
eclipse development team on
eclipse related problems, solutions and ideas.
