[ANN] Apache Ant 1.5.1 released

This is a bugfix release of the Ant 1.5 branch.

Among many minor bugfixes there are serious improvements of
the wrapper scripts which should now support Cygwin and the
handling of user-defined tasks that get used in child build
processes.

This release also ships with the latest version of Xerces-J and
includes a PDF version of Appendix E of the Ant book by Ant
committers Steve Loughran and Erik Hatcher.
