This is just one example of the abuse that this individual has exibited on
the Undernet.org IRC network, it's administrative volunteers, and the
general popualtion that is not White, male and straight and believes in
the exact same things he does.

I am an IRCop on undernet, springfield server. I realize this letter
you wrote is a troll, and I am not the least bit suprised to see where
you write from, either (*@worldnet.att.net), but that's another story,
filled with tales of cloning/flooding and general childishness that we
wont address right now.
It is astonishing to me that these claims are always made by those
people who make IRC'ing miserable for others by flooding,
channel-takeovers and other abusive, threatening behaviors. You abuse
the servers, the server admins and the users and then whine that there
is no justice on IRC. You preach of high morals and ethics while you
scare innocent users by threatening them, their connections and in
some cases, their very privacy. It's amazing how morally outraged a
gangster gets when the gun is turned on him. Corruption is an easy
cry, it incites passions and others who also don't know wtf they're
talking about to stand up and cry, "Like, uh, yeah, dude, right on,
what you said, like I totally agree, dude, like you're my HERO man!!"

especially damaging as more and more employers use Dejanews to compile
background information on potential employees.
9) Jeff Field, aka "Terabyte," a 14-year-old Web designer who hosts
Windows-related help channels on the Undernet, says that he helped Don Ellis'
brother Richard run an Undernet server in Arkansas after receiving a request for
assistance on a mailing list. (The availability and willingness of Undernet
operators to assist users is one of the things that distinguishes the Undernet
from the other major IRC networks, such as EFNet). The server had been online
for a month or so, and "Don was going to become an operator," Field recalls,
"but I had to de-link the server from the network after somebody started
changing the settings." One day after the server was removed from the Undernet,
Field says,

Arkansas.

obviously don't give a damn about children and are out on some personal
ego trip to get as much attention for yourself as possible. You are the
epitome of hipocrisy. You are a liar, bigot, and it sounds like you are
becoming a stalker with this personal harrasment of a 14 year old. I
strongly urge you to seek professional mental help. If you can't afford
it there are many free or "pay what you can afford" services. Your local
United Way can refer you to a source in your area.

FYI Patrick,
1) I have paid for my education - not lived off public funds.
2) An IRC server _does not_ cost thousands of dollars. And it benefits
the local community, as do ftp sites, web servers, gopher servers, etc.
3) Prove I have taken an American worker's job. You're completely clueless
about LEGAL immigration procedures as well. And FYI, I'm not doing a
job that has "laid off" American workers. Some more of ignorance and
bigotism showing though again. You're also unaware that I have been
indirectly responsible for the CREATION of new jobs for Americans and
improving the education of American children and workers.
4) Tourist visas can be legally extended beyond 6 months (I was under the
impression that there was a 6 month provision). My question to
alt.immigration was to check on this fact, and if in fact a trip
across the border would be necessitated for an extension.(it wouldn't
be). "Twisting the law"? More like you "twisted" my original post.
5) You conveniently leave out the fact that you were banned from the
Undernet for abusing resources and now resort to slinging mud and
hiding behing the guise of "combating child porn".
People have exposed your farce and you for the racist and gay
basher you are. So now you launch despicable personal
attacks against those who volunteer their time to run a non profit
network? You're pathetic.
You still haven't contacted law enforcement I mentioned _or_ disclosed
whom you forwarded evidence.
Hiding behind the "but, but Patrick Blakely isn't me! I am many persons,
including I, me and myself" rigmarole isn't fooling anyone either.

or use Netscape as a newsreader. The forgery was pretty crude, and
it should be relatively easy to tell from where it originated.
Unfortunately, by the time I was made aware of the post it had
already expired on my news server.

he file charges against me? Hacking is a crime.
On the other hand, there is definite proof, which has already been
presented here, that Mr. Ellis tried to spam newsgroups by forging my
name and asking for people to call me. Unfortunately for Mr. Ellis, I
had already contacted the anon-mailer and blocked my name. So the posts
Mr. Ellis tried to make bounced back -- to me -- with a clearly
indicated seark.net address.
Then Pat Blakely started huffing about a hacked "Wingate" server, which
was also hysterical since seark.net runs on Unix.
However, Yosarian, the above was not written by Mr. Bradbury. It was
written by Mr. Ellis, who has the centurytel.net account.
