Dan L Rogers
1619 N 22nd St,
Fort Dodge, IA 50501-7901
(515) 576-5997
Perhaps the city's newspaper should be informed that a formal complaint
is being filed against the psychotherapist, Dan Rogers, Ph.D. for
unethical behavior and that civil charges may be forthcoming.
More appropriately, how about this one:
Jesness, Bradley and Renee
5612 Harriet Ave.
Minneapolis, MN
(612) 866-8050
Sadly, the local newspapers there likely don't care about the worthless
kook Jesness.

Actually, there are two. We are not related.
I also like the grammar in the statement by wormnee: an address would fill
out the complaint form. Can't wormnee fill it out? Does he have to get an
address to fill it out?
