Dear Dan Rogers,
I have let you off in the past, but I will give you one day (until 2
p.m. Monday June 15, 1998) to retract your statement that I have engaged
in plagarism and to make this PUBLICALLY KNOWN to this newsgroup. Your
apology must contain the statement that you have *absolutely no evidence*
of plagarism by me. I shall otherwise immediately fill out the complaint
form and send it in. Your choice. Tick tock. signed, brad jesness

Hi, Mr Fredsen!

I see you lost LFre...@aol.com. Should I report him-you to the APA and
the Minnesota Board?

Tell me how!

That threat certainly has my waffles wrinkled, bradnee.

This is the last I'll even bother reading your drivel on spp. I'm
gonna killfile you here. When I want to see what you are up to,
I'll check a.u.k., where you have been honored as 'Kook of
the Month."

I urge everybody to go to Peter's web site to view the absolutely
cruel and outlandish behavior of 'LFredsen' (aka bradnee) towards
people with real hurt. I am disgusted by the sick and
predatory behavior that was there, by 'LFredsen.'

Ok, Thanks Dan Rogers:

The Bureau of Professional Licensure will know that you received the
message and had a chance to respond and to avoid a formal complaint. You
are apparently not making use of the recourse I have offerred you, though
I shall wait until 2 p.m. tommorrow to see if you make a public retraction
(including a statement that you have NO EVIDENCE of plagarism). I have
now printed off all the relevant posts, including this one, and I am
filling out the complaint form now. Good luck. signed, Brad Jesness

Dan,
I guess I should add to the complaint form the other accusations with
insufficient evidence that you support and that you support harassment.
(I will point all this out on the post which I have printed off). I may
also go back and look at the false claims you made about facts in the
field and the state of research. yours, brad jesness

P.S. I would be courious to see any evidence that anyone calling
themselves LFredsen did what it is said was done and declared themselves a
member of Client Advocates (as claimed). Still, all this is not evidence
against me.

Dear John Grohol,
I never threatened anything (perhaps I made your reputation suffer a
little, as may be occurring now). What you say in the post quoted below,
though, is LIES.

You also VERY WELL KNOW that Dan Rogers is lying and making false charges
of plagarism !! It is astonishing how many psychopathic people are
involved in this area of psychology: Peter, Arco, Price, you, ...

I believe you should help Dan make the correct decision here.

Let me give it a try.

You have mentioned using Class C tests for fun and profit. That may in
fact be against the law in your state, I don't know. In CA, it certainly
would be a problem for the person so doing it.

So, I think Dan's best decision would be to get cracking on busting your
chops for acting as a licensed professional, when in fact you are not.
After all, he is licensed and has served his state on that state's board
for disciplinary actions against frauds like you! (IIRC)

Let Dan try. I operate completely within Minnesota Law -- a state that
recognizes it does not take a lot of special training to do MUCH that
licensed "therapists" do. They are well-aware of what I do (for a time
the law required an unlicensed mental health service provider register his
activities and at that time I did register, clearly describing my
activities). <-- A whole mailing list disbanded over a "fit" they had
when they thought they had the special "ability" of geivng such
inventories and I PROVED them wrong !!!! People should know what
ignorant hack pretenders we have out there as "therapists"
.

Dear wormnee, you are lying. You have threatened many people, and you
have been vulgar, profane, sexist, and so on.

Threaten me all you want, you little pismole. Complain to any board you
want. Just bear in mind two things. First, you posted, to a private list
of professionals, a highly libelous statement about me. That will put your
distended little neck in a noose.

Second, by filing a complaint you will make yourself vulnerable to a process
similar to the rules of discovery, etc. I relish that.

Your creativity was brought to us by the same people who gave us
the love scene in "Deliverance."

Now you even get on the nerves of people in support groups. How lame!!

FACTS !!!!
