Announce: tDOM-0.7.1

We are pleased to release a new verion of tDOM officially: 0.7.1 !
Finally tDOM reached a state of compliance and performance that
could compete or even outperform other XML/SAX/DOM(+Ns)/XPath/XSLT
processors like libxml, Microsoft XML, Oracle XML, ...

Major changes:

o countless XSLT improvements and test against various XSLT/XPath
test and performance suites (Rolf Ade)
o Tcl-Thread support -- allows cross thread DOM/XSLT/XPath
processing (Zoran Vasiljevic)
o various other bug fixes and code cleanup (Rolf)
o HTML parser improvement (but not yet robust as Tidy)
o even simple and fast XML parser is now namespace-aware
...
