As a test to see if this is the problem you can open the fax item that
won't send, see if it has the fax number underlined and if not use
Ctrl+K to resolve it. If it then is underlined and can send out when
you press the Send button in the fax message then that was the
problem.

It works if I type it in manualy. Programatically I get
the error if I use either "Check Names" or ctrl-k. Is it
trying to resolve against my contacts list?
Also, will using Outlook Automation solve this issue?
