Watched the new Sheryl Crow DVD "C'mom America 2003" last night she ends the
concert with "Rock and Roll." I would take her over Robert Plant anyday.

This video is too much to take. 2 Hours of Sheryl Crow turns me into mush.

>Peter Stroud is still her lead guitar player?

is that that one cat who wields a wicked bad Telecaster? He's a damn fine
player I must say. Seems like live he gets the short end of the mix at times,
but what he gets thru is some tasty licks and riffs for the lady from Kansas...

What he says about his favorite slide guitar:

"Lately it’s been the SG. It’s really smooth. The TeleSonic is a little
bright for slide. And I like this Ferrari Red G&L F100 that I bought for
$30. It was in a fire and the whole thing had gotten kind of crispy – all of
the pickups had melted out of it. I’m sure the owner of the store that
burned down thought he was getting one over on me even at $30.
I had a friend of mine refinish it and it’s a great guitar – still has a
little sunburst thing going on around the top of the headstock where it had
actually caught on fire – we left that there. I put Seymour Duncan Seth
Lover humbuckers in it most recently – it’s been through a lot of changes.
It also has a Bigsby palm pedal on it and it’s a terrific slide guitar. "

He uses this thing on the DVD quite a bit. Terrific slide sound The Bigsby
Palm Pedal put onto it is really nice

I want one

Yeah, unfortunately his name was Yanni. Yanni used to play keyboards here in
the TC area in a Band called The Flamin' Oh's. They used to be the Flamingos
but someone else had tradmarked the name for a band and so...

Have seen, and know personally a few guys who I thought should've been name
talents that for one reason or another (or several together) never made the big
time. Some have made the local big time, some regional. A couple others just
lost any hope with showbiz in general and went back to day jobbing it...

LOL. Some of them were excruciatingly bad too. One was so bad that Simon and
Randy were falling outta their chairs laughing at the poor guy. The Paula said
to him "that was great, sing another song"

if looks could kill, Randy and Simon would be under indictment as we speak!

To bang the shit outta? Hell yeah.

For singing/listening purposes? Not on her best and his worst day.

They just aren't in the same category. I would rather listen to Sheryl Crow
today then Plants new albums or hearing the old stuff for the 7 billionth
time.

Take a look at her new Video, thats about as far you'll ever get to "bang
the shit outta?" her.

When she runs for President ( just watch)---if Bush hasn't blown up the
world yet, I'll vote for her.

Sheryl's the cute one and Alanis is the horsey one right ?
I liked Under Rug Swept, apart from the uneasy feeling that Geddy Lee had

LOL, my daughter calls Alanis "The Big Showoff" based on her Woodstock 99
performance. As I recall, Sheryl (JHS Music Teacherlady) was also there and did
her less than stellar "Sweet Child O'Mine"...

I used to watch Alanis when she was on "You Can't Do That On Television"...

I'd rather listen to Geddy and Robert than Sheryl.

But I'd still rather fuck Sheryl.

Of course I understand that whacking off to her video is about as close as
I'll get but never say never. She could go slummin'.

Hey, maybe that saucy Michael, err, I mean Janet Jackson is in town - I see
that she's kinda loose.
