There are a couple ways to do what I think you are seeking.
If its just across a row, say from B2 to F2 and the next row you
want is B3 to F3, then you can make your first entry in B2 and hit
the Tab to move to C2. Use tab until you are in F2 and after that
entry hit Enter and it will return you to C2. Repeat using Tab
again then Enter for all the rows.
If the cells you want to enter data in are all over the place you
can select them all by holding Ctrl down and click on each cell in
the order you want to enter the data, when all are selected click
back into the cell you want to start in. With the cells still
selected go to the name box and name the range "whatever" and hit
Enter. To enter data in "whatever" click the drop down list on
the name box and click "whatever"? and enter your data in the
first cell and hit Enter twice, Enter will now take you to all the
cells in the order you selected them.
