woodwork! I have not seen this many con man aliases since they
forged all those votes for Con Man City! (A.K.A.
Rec.Gambling.Blackjack.Moderated). It is amazing how many aliases
these con men are using to try and plant false and fraudulent
testimonials on these newsgroups. Not to mention try and lie and con
the readers into believing they have before provided ANY address of
record which would allow my lawyers to serve them for malicious libel.
Of course, if they were even remotely sure of their libel, why would
they hide from a lawsuit? They can libel and hide and that is about
it. Prove anything? Naw never. Back up anything they say? Naw
never? All I hear is just more con man jargon spewed by dozens of
obvious fraudulent names....as usual.
Comon guys, stop hiding, you are making all these newbies send me
email agreeing with me that this newsgroup is replete with con men
trying to sell worthless systems and software to suckers.
We all know that card counting systems cannot win against real world
casinos, and that it is impossible for a poker player to overcome a
typical house rake...so stop the bull and just list an address in
which you can be served and I assure you that you will have your day
in court. (Email addresses cannot be used...so at least stop the con
man whines and try to back up at least ONE of your obvious malicious
libel statements.)
If we do not receive any verifiable addresses, then of course that is
an admission that everything I have posted on this newsgroup is true,
and everything the con men have posted is a lie.

I Wonder Why?
If you have not noticed all of the dozens of aliases the two or three
con men are using, then you should prepare yourself for a shock. At
last count, we counted more than 150 different fraudulent names these
system hucksters and casino agent con men have been using over the
past few years.
If you bother reading their posts, (I realize many of you do not as
your email frequently mentions) they use their fraudulent names to
post questions (then answer the questions themselves) and to plant
fake system testimonials. If you read any question about card
counting, or about some worthless book or even more worthless
software, you can be sure it probably came from one of the few con men
that have been using all of these different fake names.
Also you must be wondering why these con men are so afraid of a court
of law, or to reveal their true identities?
We know these con men cannot win playing the very systems they
constantly tout. Consequently, if they ever revealed their true
identities we could show the world they are just pathetic hucksters
trying to tout worthless systems and do not have a pot between them.
If these con men were real, don't you think they would have at least
collectively hired a lawyer or at least a mathematician to back up
their claims and false accusations? I even remember a couple of
lawyers (probably more con man aliases) offering to represent them for
free. So why are they hiding, and whine excuse after pitiful excuse
when I challenge them to simply back up their preposterous claims in a
legal arena . . . where obviously their libel and preposterous system
claims belong?
The con men hide because they know they are lying and conning the
readers of this newsgroup. If not, they would not hide. It is that
simple.
Do you really believe these con men would be posting here if they
could play and win in a casino? Do you really believe these con men
would spend so much time using so many fraudulent names to tout so
many known worthless systems and books and software if they could
*really* beat the casino at its own game? Do you really believe con
men like BingoBilly (who says he cannot win any money because he will
not leave the state of Colorado) giggle, snort, cannot only overcome
the house rake but beat all other poker players in the world without
even knowing how they play or ever meeting them before?
HEHEHEHEHEHEHE . . . (I am sorry I can't help it . . . these con men
are soooo pitiful . . . HEHEHEHEHEHEHE. )
Now how about the con men that run those "pay me to con you" chat
groups. You know those "chat groups" that tout all those "winning"
systems that for some reason NO ONE (including the con men that sell
them) can win any money with? Do you really think they would be
promoting these "pay me to con you" chat groups, replete with fake
testimonials, lies, and con man jargon, if the con men that were
selling such systems could really walk into ANY casino in the world
and beat the casino for the "big money" they claim can be won with
such worthless systems?
Most *rational* people know the casinos are not in the business to
lose money to patrons. That is why so many new casinos are being
built every year, and the shortest list in the world is composed of
*rich* Blackjack or Poker players. (Not to mention the idiots that
attempt to beat craps and the slots and poker machines . . . but they
really are too stupid to even mention.)
Casinos are in the business to make money off people stupid enough to
think they can actually end up winning playing their games. The
casino agents (system hucksters) are actually working for the casinos
and providing the casinos with a means to steer suckers into their
lairs. Why do you think you see all those casino advertisements in
Casino Player Magazine which is replete with card counting systems
every month, and why do you think the casinos send out card counting
systems to their patrons, and actually provide casino floor space,
dealers and tables so the hucksters can produce "how to count cards"
videos? Not to mention offer casino hotel space to Wong and Snyder
for their "card counting seminars" and hire Wong, Snyder and Curtis as
paid consultants whenever some poor player decides to sue the casinos
for cheating. (Such as occurred in the Campione vs. Adamar case in
which Wong, Snyder and Curtis all showed up working for the Tropicana
casino.)
It is easy to connect the system hucksters to the casinos . . . a
simple task that is made even easier by all these fake name posts that
seem to appear whenever anyone starts to tell the truth about
worthless card counting systems, or casino cheating.
Sure the system hucksters are playing the front men for the casino
industry. They do the fake advertising while the casinos feign fear
of their systems, meanwhile it is the casinos that are spending all of
the advertising dollars and promoting all the card counting and it is
the casinos that are reaping the lions share of the fraudulent dollars
generated by all these fraudulent system claims.
And if that is not enough, now we have a brand-new con that has
surfaced along with the Internet. These "Cyber" system hucksters are
offering free access to how to purchase "winning" systems on their
home pages. This "sucker bait" is designed to lure gamblers into
their home pages, and thereby provide email addresses for the
casinos. Not to mention allowing the system hucksters the opportunity
to sell some more worthless software or systems to their sucker
clients.
Not until discovery is complete will we know how deep the connection
between the casinos and the con men exists, but it is laughable to
attempt to claim that no connection exists....almost as laughable as
all these con man aliases trying to claim they are different people.
If anyone tells you they have a system that can beat the casinos
(especially card counting) then that person is either (1) a con man or
(2) an idiot or (3) both.

means that poker is a negative expectation game to all that play
it...in craps it is the built in house percentage that turns that game
into a negative expectation game....see the similarity?
Moreover, if ALL individuals on rec.gambling.craps already know that
it is impossible to beat the game, then why are there individuals
touting worthless crap systems on that newsgroup? Also, who is
"Mason?" You certainly cannot be talking about someone that works for
Arnold Snyder telling the truth about anything? Are you? (I received
a telephone call from someone that identified himself as "Mason" some
years back threatening me and wailing and whining about me posting the
truth in respect to Arnold Snyder secretly working for the
casinos...is that the same "Mason" you are talking about?)
Craps is a negative expectation game. You cannot beat that game with
any system. It is pointless to try. It is pointless to play a known
losing game....that is unless you are an idiot. It is equally
pointless to try and censor me....that is unless you are an idiot.

machinations? Of course no one has responed to you. Yes,
any of us so sued could counter sue, but I'm sure at this
stage in your existance, you are judgement proof. Thus you
are just a nuisance, and as such, should be, and is, ignorable.

Anyway, isn't it the job of your "legal team" to get the addresses of the
people you intend to "serve"? I mean, why would you even have to ask that
sort of thing?
