There seems to be some doubt in Brad's mind as to who contributes
more to the purpose of this NG, Brad or Dr. Packer.

I vote for Dr. Packer.
She makes me think.
Brad makes me wince.

Norm
P.S. No one "makes" me do anything.
I am just putting in lay terms that a parapro can understand

Dear Norm,
Do you propose that this would be a sceintific or even a fair vote.

Oh Norm, _now_ you've done it. Mr. Jesness will have to log on under all
50+ of his aliases to stack the voting...

Thanks, guy! <g>

(And a serious thank you for the compliment about "making" you think...
that is what the purpose of this newsgroup is supposed to be, I assume...
to challenge each other to think about issues and to share and learn from
each other's perspectives).

Dear Leslie,
I have been told by some you learn NOTHING from others. You seem to
have no potential. In my experience you just show the ability to
exercize inappropriate power (aggress) against what you don't like,
often with arguments unbecoming any thinking person (often status or
"authority" based). It is a crying shame you are here at all.

Dear Leslie,
I read you no more. I feel you are literally trying to goad me into
trouble, so you can cut of my right to free speech. This is the tactic
the "heavy" for the therapists has chosen. This rather than keeping on
and addressing the issues I've raised (by the way YOU still could do
that when I am gone). MANY CAN SEE IT.
On a speculative note: A person in an artificial role (a caricature
of another, rather than her own person) is often a heavy (hated, but
heavy while she reigns). It is a sick identity problem as well as the
dependency you've shown. You are so sick in my mind I am writing not
for to you or for you but others to help them see. I believe you to be
so mentally crippled as to be unsuitable fo any clinical job. I believe
you should be examined closely and a dismissal considered strongly IF
THIS TURNS OUT CORRECT.
Many shall see it. A goading, inappropriate even for a chat group is
the tactic of a Ph.D. level "some kind" of therapist (who engenders some
significant support from other therapists here). This is a tremendously
sick field and I hope to not have to try to intervene with it HERE
again. -- b jesness

Dear TC,
A very civilized suggestion, considering the whole "argument" now is
purely personal. I have been willing to accept e-mail and am willing to
accept it once more, if she does. (I will not just receive though.)
Leslie Packer has not had a single dialog with me via e-mail that I
recall. Certainly not one in the last couple weeks. She is too
disturbed to consider the civil route. I hope someone there can help
her, though I would doubt it. She will be somewhat yet more disturbed
to find that she has lost much credibility lately and may well be viewed
as disturbed by many accross the globe. Maybe even her boss (if she has
one). (For all we know see may be in a mental institution at the present
time -- she has a lot of time on her hands.) Do you best with this poor
creature. -- b jesness

In terms of volume (using both meanings of the word) -- multiBrad.
However if you refer to quality of content, and clarity of the
discussion, it is painfully obvious, Dr. Packer.

Sorry you're getting bothered by the problems here. Unfortunately, e-mail

Leslie,
The only reason is your lack of civility about dealing with private
concerns related to your ignorance in a one-to-one way. You can't even
fight a fair fight without making excessive and largely groundless
compliants with my providers. I think you may be prejudiced against me.
Are you prone to prejudice?
It is true, though, I may well have ignored such petty e-mail. --bj

I was here last year.... and left because of Brad. This time I decided
that this nonsense had gone on long enough. So despite requests that I not
respond to him (which I do understand), I won't just ignore certain things
since ignoring him has not worked in the past.

Indeed, Brad himself last night posted the strategy that all can use with
him if he gets obnoxious or personally insulting. And the response should
simply be: <laughing>.

Brad,
In my culture, and especially in my neighborhood (Rogers Park in
Chicago), carrying on in the personally assaultive
manner which you do would result in more than you simply
getting punched. Why should other people show you any
sensitivity whatsoever when you plow through people's
feelings like a angry bull? This is yet another
example of that ugly hypocracy habit you have. I like
